Professional Services-Hyperion Planning and Budgeting-Solution Architect

Job Description:
We are looking for a very strong and Sr. level Hyperion Planning Architect, extensively hands-on experienced in implementation of Hyperion Planning and Budgeting application. Candidate also should have working knowledge on ESSBASE and related tools (SQR) and technologies.
The candidate will be required to work with the customers on requirements gathering and analyzing to model their specific financial planning and budgeting Plans/Outlines as needed.
This candidate will lead the application implementation team, responsible for providing mentorship to team members. It’s a leadership role with strong Oracle EPM suite of products background including OBIEE Plus, will be responsible for providing end-to-end Hyperion solutions and will actively engage in the delivery of projects.
The Hyperion Planning Architect will be responsible for the design of solution-oriented consulting to NaviSite customers leveraging the Hyperion Planning application in Oracle EPM suite of products.
Qualifications:
- B.S. in Accounting, Mathematics, Finance or Computer Science; MBA, CPA, or equivalent work experience preferred
- Experience with Hyperion Planning & Essbase - Experience with Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), Hyperion Application Link (HAL), Hyperion Financial Reports and Hyperion Web Analysis a plus
- Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal skills and ability to foster client relationships and working relationships with peers
- Experience in full life-cycle of project development including Requirements, Design, Development, Testing, Rollout, Implementation, and Training
- At least 2 large end-to-end Hyperion Planning implementation exp as a Planning Architect role..
- Excellent analytical and research skills - Self-starter with ability to work on projects with minimum supervision while adding value to cross-functional teams
- Should be well aware of Oracle OBIEE Plus suite of EPM products and tools
- Should well versed with Oracle BI related other products / solutions
- 8+ years related experience
- Must possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills as well as strong interpersonal capabilities.
- Travel (up to 80%) may be required depending on your location relative to clients
Functional Skill Requirements:
Ø Must have strong finance background; experience in Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting process
Ø Working experience with budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, and financial reporting applications
Ø Experience in a variety of industries such as retail, financial, manufacturing and/or life sciences
Ø This is a Sr. level job position with ability to gather and drive the requirements gathering activity, ability to choose the right technology for the EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) solution.

Job Description:
We are looking for an exceptional individual with a strong Oracle OBIEE technology and application background particularly related to Oracle Business Intelligence Solutions Architect/Lead responsibilities for Oracle eBusiness Suite. This candidate will lead the BI&DW requirements analysis, documentation and architecture design of client solutions as needed. This candidate will also be actively engaged in the delivery of projects and will be responsible for leading Offshore BI development team from onsite as needed.
Qualifications:
- Deep knowledge of latest Oracle Business Intelligence Technology including OBIEE suite of products and analytical applications
- At least 3 large OBIEE Applications implementations with leadership role
- 8+ years BI related experience, 3 years of large OBIEE implementations
- Bachelor’s degree
- Travel may be required depending on your location relative to clients
Technical Skill Requirements:
- Must have experience in implementing Oracle OBIEE Applications
- Must have at least THREE hands-on working project experience with BI Answer, BI Dashboard, BI Deliver, BI Server, BI Publisher and other OBIEE tools and applications for enterprise level BI solutioning and deployment
- Must have experience in leading detailed design sessions, requirements gathering and documentation.
- Must have handsOn exp with Informatica OR OWB for ETL and data consolidations required for OBIEE Apps to source from
- Extensive experience in BI/DW Solution Architecture – responsible for overall architecture of Oracle Business Intelligence solution.
- Should be able to provide mentorship on Oracle BI Tools to client users as needed
- Understands BI&DW project methodology.
- Reporting : Oracle BI Enterprise Edition (OBIEE), Oracle Discoverer
- BI Apps : OBIEE Applications – Fusion Analytics
